Brunch takes place every Sunday from noon to 3 pm in the lounges of the Montreux Palace! To satisfy the most varied culinary tastes, Fairmont Le Montreux Palace invites you to explore all our catering options. The buffets are composed of the following stations: breakfast buffet, cold and hot hors d'oeuvres buffet, international themed buffet, and dessert buffet.
